**Trainee Finance (w/m/d)**:
Unser 18-monatiges Trainee-Programm bietet Absolventen (w/m/d) die Gelegenheit, viele Facetten der Telekommunikationsbranche kennenzulernen. Du hast Einblick in zentrale Finanzabteilungen und gestaltest mit uns aktiv den Glasfaser-Netzausbau. Das Programm startet am 01. Oktober 2023.
In dieser Rolle bist du in erster Linie im Bereich Finance angesiedelt. In den Abteilungen Controlling und Business Intelligence wirst du die Rolle des strategischen Businesspartners kennenlernen und als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unser Management fungieren. Du wirst bei der Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings mitwirken sowie die Planung unserer Jahresbudgets, rollierender Forecastprozesse und die Durchführung regelmäßiger Business Performance Reviews kennenlernen. Weiterhin wirkst du aktiv an der Modellierung von Business Cases zur Bewertung strategisch relevanter Investitionsentscheidungen mit. Im Bereich Accounting lernst du die Abteilungen Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung, Konzernbuchhaltung, Treasury und Tax näher kennen. Dabei werden dich Themen wie Zahlungsverkehr und Bankenfinanzierung ebenso wie Konzernabschlüsse begleiten.
**Das treibst du voran**:
- **Verschiedene Stationen**: Während des Programms durchläufst du verschiedene Finanzabteilungen und sammelst erste Erfahrungen z.B. in den Bereichen Accounting, Treasury, Controlling und Business Intelligence. Zusätzlich absolvierst du auch Zwischenstationen in anderen Abteilungen.
- **Vielfältiges Aufgabenfeld**: Du bearbeitest operative und strategische Problemstellungen und arbeitest in interdisziplinären Projekten mit.
- **Training & Mentoring**: Während des gesamten Programms unterstützt dich kontinuierlich ein Mentor bei deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Zudem nimmst du an verschiedenen Trainings, Workshops und Netzwerkveranstaltungen teil.
- **Karriere**: Am Ende des Programms stecken wir zusammen deine Ziele und die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei uns ab. Idealerweise legt das Traineeprogramm den Grundstein für deine erfolgreiche Karriere bei der Deutsche Glasfaser Unternehmensgruppe.
**Das zeichnet dich aus**:
- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (idealerweise Master oder vergleichbar) in einem kaufmännischen Studiengang (wie z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.ä.)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Finance-Bereich
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
- Überdurchschnittliche Lernbereitschaft, Eigenmotivation sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Leistungs
- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil und gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
