Task Description:- Drive and facilitate the development and execution of digitalization strategies to elevate operational efficiency and efficacy.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to recognize and prioritize digitalization prospects across various operational procedures.
- Forge close partnerships with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions with current systems and technologies.
- Supervise and manage projects associated with digital transformation, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget limitations.
- Regularly assess existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and automation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the biotech industry to steer continual enhancement.
- Offer training and assistance to teams adopting new digital tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science); Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in executing digitalization projects within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, familiarity with regulatory prerequisites in the biotech domain is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of biotech operations, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management processes.
- Proven project management skills, with a history of successful project completion.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams.
