TasksWe are looking for a highly motivated Deep Learning specialist with a solution-oriented mindset to join our growing team. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative health-care solutions. We promote a collaborative environment where critical thinking and constructive feedback are essential.
- Design and implement deep learning techniques in computer vision and related areas.
- Collect and preprocess data.
- Guide data annotation for model training.
- Develop high quality software for Image Analytics
- Implement new state-of-the-art algorithms and ML models to support research and development.
- Work with real-world medical data and design efficient pipelines for machine learning / deep learning.
- Integrate the solution into application.
- Document methods, procedures, and results.
- Collaborate with others in a dynamic and lean multidisciplinary team environment.
- Write and submit research articles.

Requirements- PhD or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related field.
- Solid foundation in basic image processing techniques.
- Demonstrated state-of-the-art knowledge of one or more specialization topics such as: Image processing/computer vision — particularly applications related to analysis of medical images from histopathology or radiology (segmentation, detection, classification)Demonstrated state-of-the-art knowledge of Image processing/Computer Vision — particularly applications related to analysis of medical images from histopathology or radiology (segmentation, detection, classification)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Expert proficiency with Python and tools for algorithm and system development for data analysis, image analysis, and machine learning (e.g. pytorch, opencv).
- Solid foundation in basic image processing techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing resources.
- Initiative and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
