As a Software Systems Engineer at Open iT, you'll be at the forefront of technical excellence, providing high-quality technical support across all aspects of the software lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span design, development, testing, implementation, installation, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

A Helping Hand: Support the DACH Sales Team with your technical expertise Solving Complex Challenges: Tackle intricate technical issues related to software and setup errors, collaborating with field engineers, technicians, and customers to provide innovative solutions.
