• Type: Full-time, Field-based with Home Office

Your Responsibilities:

• Installation and integration of automated systems at customer sites
• On-site customer service, machine troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Conducting customer training and ensuring satisfaction
• Developing software-based packaging designs
• Configuring interfaces and ensuring data flow
• Thorough documentation of all activities

Your Skills:

• Technical background with installation and service experience
• Electrical qualifications and experience in SPS programming
• IT proficiency and MS Office skills
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Analytical, customer-oriented, and structured mindset
• Driving license with willingness to travel
