Deine Aufgaben

Unser:e Marketing-Spezialist:in wird verantwortlich sein für die Verwaltung der Social-Media-Profile der Marken der RIMASYS Group und die Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie. Unser:e Kandidat:in wird soziale Medien, Video-Feeds und neue Plattformen entwickeln und pflegen, jedoch nicht darauf beschränkt sein. Unser:e Marketing-Spezialist:in wird verantwortlich sein für die Bereitstellung umfassender Analysen, Social-Media-Trends und Reports an die Markenmanager:innen. Dieser Kandidat wird eine nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld haben, während mehrere Projekte termingerecht, budgetgerecht und fehlerfrei geliefert werden.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien für mehrere Unternehmen/Marken zur Steigerung des
Markenbewusstseins, Generierung von eingehendem Traffic und Erhöhung der Markenkommunikation.
- Tiefes Verständnis der Markenidentitäten und Marktdynamiken
- Definition der Markenbedürfnisse und Entwicklung sowie Durchführung entsprechender Marketingprojekte
und -kampagnen.
- Aktuell bleiben mit Social-Media-Trends und Best Practices.
- Erstellung von Inhalten, die den Standards unserer Marken entsprechen
- Recherche von Möglichkeiten für neue Marketing-Tools, Plattformen und Methoden sowie Anpassung des
aktuellen Prozesses an die Bedürfnisse der Marken.
- Erstellung und Verwaltung monatlicher Marketingberichte und -analysen.

Dein Profil

Qualifikation und Erfahrung:
- 1-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, bevorzugt im MedTech- oder Gesundheitsmarketing
- Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing
- Tiefgehendes Wissen und Verständnis von Social-Media-Plattformen und deren Teilnehmern
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc.) und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, Informationen und Ideen effektiv schriftlich und mündlich zu kommunizieren.
- Fähigkeit, erfolgreiche Social-Media-Profile für Marken zu erstellen und zu verwalten
- Kognitive Fähigkeiten und Neugier, medizinische Themen schnell zu erlernen.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um die richtigen Botschaften über Social-Media-Inhalte an die Kunden
zu übermitteln.
- Muttersprachliche oder professionelle Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
