Tasks

• You will be the main point of contact for architects, clients, and suppliers.
• Coordinate scheduling, information flow for technical office planning, and material flow with suppliers.
• Provide on-site support to the construction management team.
• Manage project costs and responsibilities.
• Handle variations and invoicing.
• Willingness to travel.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a foreperson or construction manager in metal facade and roofing.
• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship, specializing in construction, a completed technical school, or equivalent qualification.
• Open and communicative personality with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in all MS-Office programs.
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of IFBS is a plus.
