We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner/ Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Product Owner/ Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our digital asset strategy in tokenization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and business development, to define the product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our tokenization platform, considering market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and create detailed product specifications
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the teams focus on the most valuable features aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Lead sprint planning, grooming sessions, and daily standups, providing clear direction and guidance to the development team
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the product meets regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Coordinate product launches and provide support for marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Product Owner/ Manager or similar role in a technologydriven organization, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or capital markets industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital securities
  • Knowledge of security token standards (e.g., ERC20, ERC1400) is highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in crossfunctional development teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time. Problemsolving skills and a proactive, solutionsoriented mindset
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to securities and financial services is a plus
