Your Responsibilities:

• Lead your shop and take responsibility for your team
• Support and motivate your team, lead by example, and ensure all team members are well-trained
• Organize and oversee service and food production processes to provide an excellent guest experience
• Manage the shop's schedule, monitor key performance indicators, handle cash register and payment transactions
• Handle cost-effective purchasing, inventory management, and ordering processes

Your Profile:

• Friendly, dedicated, and enjoy teamwork
• Passionate about the coffee industry
• Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent with several years of experience in gastronomy or retail
• Strong team player with empathy, social skills, and the ability to assert when necessary
• Solution-oriented, creative, hands-on mentality, and flexibility
