**Verändern Sie mit uns die Welt von morgen.**
- In ihrer neuen Rolle verantworten sie die Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen für die Planungs
- und Forecastprozesse im Produkt Business Planning bei Sherpa X Governance Foundation sowie die Weiterentwicklung der SMART Planning Applikation.
- Sie analysieren existierende Prozesse End2End, prüfen Template-Relevanz und implementieren diese im Rahmen des Gesamtprogramms Sherpa X termingerecht und qualitätskonform.
- Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung AI und ML basierter Komponenten für die Finanzplanung im Bereich Predictive Analytics und Forecasting sowie zu Erkennung von Anomalien.
- Sie gestalten und führen selbständig Workshops mit den Kunden, erstellen funktionale Spezifikationen, stimmen diese mit der Entwicklung ab, designen mit dem Testteam die notwendigen Abnahmetest und überführen die Aufgabenpakete in den operativen Betrieb.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Prozessowner Business Planning, dem Team sowie den Kollegen von Business Intelligence zusammen und treiben gemeinsam den Ausbau der Anwendung in der SAP Analytics Cloud voran.
- Sie kommunizieren mit:
- Unseren Kunden (Geschäftsvertreter aus den "Business Types" des Programms Sherpa X bzw. SMART Planning Applikationen)
- Siemens CF R 55 und CF R 2. bzgl. des gemeinsamen Verständnisses für zukünftige Anforderungen an die Planung und den Forecastprozess.
- Siemens IT-Abteilungen bzgl. der Bereitstellung Siemens-weiter Standardlösungen.
- Den anderen Teams der SHERPA X Programm-Organisationen zur Sicherstellung der Integration und Konsistenz der Lösungen.
**Ihr Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Sie haben Ihr wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelor Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erreicht.
- Im Rahmen Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung haben Sie sich fachbezogenes Wissen im Bereich Controlling, Planung und Forecast, sowie ein Basiswissen in Rechnungswesen und Finanzprozessen angeeignet.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit SAP besitzen eine IT Affinität.
- Von Vorteil ist Erfahrung im Bereich der verschiedenen Abschluss
- und Planungstools wie ESPRIT, SMART Planning und SMART Analytics, sowie erste Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der SAP Analytics Cloud und/ oder dem SAP BPC embedded.
- Mit neuen Ansätzen erarbeiten und formulieren Sie Konzepte, die sowohl vom Fachanwender als auch auf IT-Seite verstanden werden. Kenntnis in der Agilen Projekt Methodik ist wünschenswert.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung in virtuellen und global aufgestellten Teams, dies erfordert exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache.
- Unsere Projektsprache ist Englisch.
