What you will do with us:

In our Backshop, customers can find a variety of delicious pastries, crispy bread, and bakery products that cater to their desires. In your role at REWE Market, you have the opportunity to showcase your passion for quality, consultation, and sales by:

• Impressing customers with attractive product presentation, expert advice, and excellent service.
• Ensuring excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail.
• Handling bakery products with care and skill.
• Implementing strategies to excite customers about our products and drive sales.
• Stocking and pricing items correctly.
• Checking incoming stock for quality and completeness.

What we are looking for:

• Ideally, you have a background in bakery sales or experience in the food retail sector. However, we also welcome individuals with food knowledge who are transitioning from other fields.
• Your enthusiasm for commerce and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Saturday.
