Der Zentralbereich Betriebswirtschaft Organisation ist der Ansprechpartner und Know-How Träger fur betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse mit Fach- und Systemexpertise fur das Rechnungswesen und angrenzende kaufmännische Bereiche innerhalb der REWE Group. Betriebswirtschaftliche Prozessänderungen oder -neueinführungen bedeuten bei der REWE Group immer auch Anpassungen in den vorhandenen SAP-Systemen. Deine ldeen für die Zukunft: Du entwickelst und optimierst betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse im Kontext unseres konzernweit eingesetzten SAP-Systems mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der korrekten Abbildung von finanzbuchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Auf deine Expertise ist Verlass: Du analysierst fachliche Prozessanforderungen und stellst die unternehmensweit übergreifende Koordination und Dokumentation sicher.
- Du bist mittendrin: Du bist Ansprechpartner fur die Rechnungsweseneinheiten der REWE Group Gesellschaften, erstellst zentrale Buchungsrichtlinien und unterstützt bei größeren bilanziellen Changes.
- Entscheidungen treffen, Schlussfolgerungen ziehen: Du übernimmst Verantwortung in der Projektarbeit und arbeitest aktiv an Veränderungsprozessen mit.
- Du setzt hohe Standards: Im Rahmen unserer Konzernverantwortung stellst du die Einhaltung von Konzernvorgaben sicher und sorgst fur einheitliche und effiziente Verfahren fur die gesamte und international aufgestellte REWE Group.
- Du baust dir schnell ein Netzwerk auf und gehst mit Sorgfalt, Lösungsorientierung und Überzeugungskraft an deine Projekte.
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Anlagenbuchhaltung, Rechnungswesen oder Steuern) erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Alternativ verfügst du über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung aus dem kaufmännischen Umfeld mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder Weiterbildungen (z.B. zum Bilanzbuchhalter).
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in den Funktionalitäten der SAP-Finanzapplikationen im R/3 und S4HANA und dem entsprechenden Customizing.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer und Fremdwährungen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen mit.
