Your Role:
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate bookkeeping as per regulatory and corporate requirements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the leadership team
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Manage relationships with TAX, VAT, payroll, and HR administration
- Optimize tasks and processes
- Support in Purchase and Sales Due Diligence processes
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in audit or Accounting and Finance
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Degree in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance
- Skills in TAX, VAT, and other statutory requirements in Germany
- Proficiency in Local GAAP and preferably IFRS
- Full proficiency in German and good English skills
- Expertise in Navision Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems
