Job Title: Client Support SpecialistCompany: IT Solutions GmbH
Tasks:
  • Mobile Device Management: Working in the Client Management team, you will take care of the Mobile Device Management (Silverback) for over 350 devices, handle hardware deployment, and maintain assets.
  • Workflow Management: Managing workflows in Matrix42 and enhancing them.
  • Packaging & Software Distribution: Responsible for new end devices and troubleshooting for over 750 devices. Installing and distributing software through Empirum.
  • Support: Handling error reports via the IT ticketing system.

Your Profile:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification with several years of experience required.
  • Experience in Mobile Device Management necessary.
  • Additional experience with Empirum or Matrix42 desirable.
  • Reliable and customer-oriented work approach, team spirit, and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Class B driver's license desirable (occasional day trips).
