Der Masterstudiengang vermittelt dir Inhalte aus den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzierung, Rechnungslegung und betrieblicher Steuerlehre. Verschiedene Seminare, Projekte und Fallstudien stellen eine Praxisorientierung sicher, du lernst neue und komplexe Inhalte aus dem Finanzbereich zu verstehen und auch in schwierigen Situationen die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Weil du von einer direkten Anwendung deines Wissens in der Praxis am meisten profitierst, bist du bei uns von Anfang an fester Bestandteil des Teams und kannst dein theoretisches Wissen direkt im Arbeitsalltag einbringen

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Deinen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Bachelor mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und erfüllst die entsprechenden Zulassungsvoraussetzungen der Hochschule
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Themengebieten Finanzen und Controlling mit
- Eine wissenschaftliche und methodenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Befähigung zum Lösen von komplexen Problemen und ein mathematisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst einen gewissen Grad an Flexibilität und Organisationsgeschick mit, sodass es dir leicht fällt, das Studium an der Hochschule und die Praxisphasen im Unternehmen unter einen Hut zu bringen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Informationen zu Hochschule und Unternehmen

Der Master Financial Management & Controlling wird in Kooperation mit der Technischen Hochschule Ingolstadt angeboten, die Regelstudienzeit beträgt 3 Semester, in welchen du voraussichtlich drei Tage pro Woche an der Hochschule und zwei Tage pro Woche im Unternehmen verbringen wirst. An deinen Praxistagen im Unternehmen sowie im Rahmen deiner Masterthesis erlangst du bei Airbus Defence & Space am Standort Taufkirchen/Ottobrunn tiefe Einblicke in die Praxis. Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit, ein zusätzliches Semester im Ausland zu verbringen, bevor du das Schreiben deiner Masterarbeit beginnst.
