Das werden deine Aufgaben sein
In dieser Position sind Sie für die korrekte und zeitnahe Pflege der deutschen Mitarbeiterdaten in der SAP-HR-Software verantwortlich, die für andere Unternehmensprozesse von zentraler Bedeutung ist.
Nachfolgend finden Sie einige Beispiele für die täglichen Aufgaben:
- Vertragliche Änderungen (Arbeitsverträge und andere Arbeitsdokumente)
- Änderungen personenbezogener Daten
- Aktualisierung von Dokumenten, die für die Verarbeitung der Personaladministration für die oben genannten Prozesse erforderlich sind, basierend auf den erforderlichen Änderungen.
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses mit allen Abteilungen und Funktionen in SAP, die an der Verarbeitung von Organisationsdaten beteiligt sind
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern, um Wissen zu Themen auszutauschen, die eine Schulung erfordern.
- Verstehen von Leistungsumfang und Service Level Agreements für Kunden
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Aktuell eingeschrieben an einer Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Human Resource, Business Administration oder ähnliches
- Für diese Planstelle sind keine vorherigen Erfahrungen erforderlich.
- Computer Skills: Kenntnisse von MS Office sind von Vorteil
- Sprachen: Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
