• Be the main contact for production
• Support production in work preparation matters
• Act as a communication link between Fleet and other departments to address project-related issues
• Order materials for preparing modifications on containers
• Review and analyze detailed drawings or plans before project handover
• Participate in project handovers and meetings
• Document quality-related issues in Fleet
• Apply basic business calculations like single-stage markup calculations
• Assist the Fleet Manager

• Proficient in PC skills, especially MS-Office programs & Powerpoint
• Good technical understanding and ability to read and interpret technical drawings/building plans
• Knowledge of basic calculation methods is advantageous
• Familiarity with fundamental application of KVP and PDCA cycle is a plus
• Experience in work preparation is a bonus
• Knowledge in QM is beneficial
• German language proficiency, English skills are a plus
• Proactive with strong team and communication skills
• Structured work approach, well-organized and reliable in independent work
• Effective communicator with assertiveness
