- Key responsibilities include capturing customer feedback, promoting roadmap enhancements, and understanding customer needs by working backwards.
- SSAs also engage in field activities, creating valuable content like whitepapers, blogs, and workshops for customers and partners.
- Digital Sovereignty Specialist Solutions Architects combine digital sovereignty skills with business acumen and technical sales expertise to support customers throughout engagements and collaborate with implementation teams.
