Ihre Rolle- Sie entwerfen effektive technische oder prozessuale Lösungen und setzen diese in einem komplexen, hochmodernen Umfeld mit hohem Sicherheitsniveau gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen um- zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, Fachbereiche fachlich zu beraten und aktiv zu unterstützen. Außerdem sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Security-Best-Practices und Härtungsmaßnahmen umzusetzen- Sie sind aktiv darin, Risiken und Schwachstellen zu identifizieren (z. B. durch Risikoanalysen) und entwickeln Maßnahmen, um diese zu beseitigen- in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld initiieren Sie Projekte zur Analyse und Verbesserung der Security, koordinieren die Realisierung oder wirken fachlich im engagierten Projektteam mit- Sie wirken bei Bedrohungsanalysen, Untersuchungen zu sicherheitsrelevanten Ereignissen und der Bewertung des Sicherheitslevels anhand aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen mit- in Ihrer Funktion als Mitglied der Security Community der ZEISS Gruppe arbeiten Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen/-innen der Konzern-Sicherheit sowie den SMT Security-Engineers und Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil- Sie verfügen über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss eines Studiums im Bereich Informationssicherheit oder eine gleichwertige Kombination von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Bereich, der mit IT- oder Informationssicherheit in Verbindung steht, wie z.B. Informationssicherheitsmanagement, ISO 27001, Informationssicherheitskennzahlen, Informationssicherheitsvorfallmanagement- idealerweise IT-Sicherheitszertifizierungen (z.B. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, TÜV IT-Security Manager/Auditor etc.)- erste Erfahrungen mit der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit ISO 27001, der Prüfung der Informationssicherheit, der Erstellung und Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Rahmenrichtlinien auf globaler Ebene in komplexen Umgebungen- Kenntnisse im Datenschutz (DSGVO) erforderlich- Sie können in einem internationalen und komplexen Umfeld arbeiten, da Sie über belastbare Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse verfügen- mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative sowie ergebnis
