• Order Administrator (M/F/d) Consumables and Spares fixed term

Your tasks:

Responsible handling of customer orders in the order processing DACH CMD and MSD divisions and their product lines, with focus on OPD business in the DACH area.

Mainly for the chromatography and life science mass spectrometry product lines

• If necessary also for other supported product lines.
• This includes the following daily tasks in compliance with the applicable internal guidelines, e.g. ISO process and compliance regulations order entry within the agreed time, creation of purchase orders, on time delivery and order invoicing

- creation of quotations for consumables and spares for inquiries from customers and colleagues

• Main contact for colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Return management (exchanges, replacement etc) in compliance with the internal return process
• Backlogmanagement
• Support for device replacement if this is the responsibility of OPD
• Support with audits, e.g. according to ISO or SOX regulations
• Warehouse inspection including inventory, if necessary
• Purchasing of internal C&S equipments for laboratory and consultants
• Approval of supplier invoices

Requirements:

• Completed vocational, commercial training or similar qualification
• Experience in Customer Care, e. g. in Customer Service or Dispatching is beneficial
• Very good skills in MS-Office, Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
• Very good English and German skills, both written and verbal are essential
• You are able to work independently, teamminded, are proactive and adapt well to often changing tasks.
