TalenTailors is in need of a skilled Platform Developer with DevOps expertise to join the team of a valued customer. As the chosen candidate, you will play a crucial role in building and managing our platform infrastructure, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in both conceptual and hands-on work with Infrastructure as Code, utilizing cloud architectures.
- Provide assistance and guidance to fellow team members on their development endeavors, drawing on your cloud knowledge.
- Work closely with colleagues in the platform team to develop effective tools in Go that simplify daily tasks for other teams, reducing redundancy.
- Offer support to other teams to ensure the smooth functioning of their services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- A solid understanding of CI/CD, public cloud technologies (preferably AWS), infrastructure as code (preferably Terraform), containers and orchestration (preferably K8s), monitoring, and Linux.
- The capacity to assess the pros and cons of in-house services versus managed services.
- Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to promoting team cohesion.
- A pragmatic approach to tackling challenges.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English to facilitate collaboration with peers.
- Excellent written English skills for developing comprehensive documentation.
