• You are responsible for leading and developing your team members independently and for managing your store.
• Assessing your team, setting and documenting goals and responsibilities fall within your scope of responsibilities.
• You assist in assortment and purchasing planning as well as in visual merchandising, creating a perfect shopping atmosphere for our guests.
• Furthermore, you are in charge of implementing marketing initiatives and sales strategies and maintaining an active guest relationship.
• Numbers, analyses, and evaluations are always in your focus, and you take responsibility for compliance, control, and evaluation of sales figures.
• You organize and conduct regular team meetings and work closely with the management.
• In all your activities and actions, you fully embody our company philosophy and values.

• You ideally have a background in retail or the service sector (not mandatory) and can demonstrate at least three years of experience in (textile) retail with leadership experience.
• Your strong service orientation and enthusiasm set you apart.
• You have a hands-on mentality and a high degree of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have an affinity for fashion or functional and outdoor clothing and enjoy working with high-quality products.
• In addition, you possess a very good understanding of numbers, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Your flexibility and self-motivation to work in a solution-oriented manner complete your profile.
