In unseren produktübergreifenden Bereichen unterstützt Du aktiv unsere Unternehmensziele und Visionen. Dabei fungierst Du als wichtige*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere operativen Bereiche und stärkst die Hellmann-Organisation sowohl intern als auch extern.



Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von produktübergreifenden Tagespreisanfragen, Preisanfragen für Regelgeschäfte und Raten Updates für globale Kunden im Automotive Bereich
  • Bearbeitung von globalen Kundenanforderungen für bestehende und neue Geschäftsverbindungen aller Hellmann-Produkte
  • Klärung von operativen Fragestellungen und Koordination zwischen verschiedenen internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Gewährleistung des Report- und Berichtswesens, einschließlich Analyse von Reports und Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen
  • Unterstützung der Global Account Manager bei der Betreuung internationaler Kunden im Bereich Hellmann Automotive Logistics
  • Administrative Aufgaben zur Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und Analysezwecken
Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Luft- und Seefracht von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zum Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
