What You'll Be Doing:
- Aligning and capturing customer requirements through activities like customer workshops and projects (e.g., interface workshops, feature expansions, etc.)
- Documenting requirements in functional concepts and user stories
- Coordinating requirements with other departments
- Creating customer and project documentation, guides, and software documentation
- Maintaining software documentation and supporting materials
Key Requirements:
- Practical experience in capturing customer requirements in complex software projects and IT environments
- Strong IT affinity and experience in interface technologies (e.g., REST and SOAP interfaces)
- Experience in creating functional, requirement, and project documentation
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, along with a high IT affinity
- Independence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creative teamwork
- Fluency in German
