Job Description

This is a part-time position for adding value and will involve working on Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Achieve or surpass individual sales targets and productivity standards
  • Foster a positive store environment through efficient communication, collaboration, and partnership with the management team
  • Participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  • Help enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling/service metrics like conversion rates, average transaction value, and average unit retail
  • Contribute to increasing Units per Transaction (UPT) in the store by introducing new product categories and optimizing underperforming areas
  • Build and nurture personal customer relationships through clienteling and post-sale engagements
  • Utilize in-store elements to deliver exceptional customer experiences and encourage repeat business
  • Adhere to all store operating procedures to minimize losses
  • Process Point of Sale (POS) transactions following company guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and standards
  • Execute Visual Merchandise directives
  • This position offers a part-time opportunity, approximately 6 hours per week

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail sector
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance
  • Prior experience with luxury brands in high-traffic locations
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Proficient in CRM tools and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Extra points for proficiency in a second language
