ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to lead impactful campaigns for our renowned Columbia and SOREL brands.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, global teams, clients, and service providers, shaping brand awareness and strategically boosting sell-thru and in-season sales.

Manage and execute campaigns across diverse B&M and digital accounts in Germany, Austria, and Benelux, ensuring a comprehensive approach to market penetration.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deploy seasonal programs autonomously, aligning with global strategies in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Belgium for effective sellin and sellout support.
  • Craft impactful digital and nondigital campaigns for major B&M, multichannel, and digital accounts, driving sellthrough and inseason sales growth.
  • Set, analyze, and optimize KPIs for trade marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and effective performance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary contact for accountrelated marketing queries, managing asset supply, content creation, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Act as a consultant for incountry marketing managers, seamlessly integrating digital trade marketing with brand, ecommerce, and social for omnichannel success.
  • Take charge of the endtoend trade show/order taking process, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide onfloor support and implement comprehensive training programs with external partners for B&M accounts, optimizing sellthrough success.
  • Support crossdepartmental collaboration for events, athletes, and brand ambassadors, ensuring cohesive solutions across the entire Marketing Mix.

YOU ARE

  • An outdoor enthusiast and passionate about the sportswear industry
  • An open minded person able to evolve in a multicultural environment and lead discussion with diverse stakeholders
  • Good at managing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
  • A team player, you love to work in a team and exchanging ideas with your colleagues
  • Able to use your data analytics skills to make recommendation based on figures
  • An excellent communicator and can express yourself in German and English
  • A selfdriven person, who enjoys taking initiatives and constantly seeking to improve

YOU HAVE

  • A degree in Marketing or related field
  • A background in the sportswear or fashion industry, within a brand or a retailer
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing instore marketing campaigns, experience with online campaigns is a strong nicetohave
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Suite.
