We are looking for a in Fulda

Head of SAP Services Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for the expansion and management of the SAP Services department with a focus on SAP applications (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, DS, MM, EWM, VC and GTS)
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the Application Development, Reporting and Master Data teams
  • Designing and managing the key user organization with a focus on SAP best practices
  • Contract and license management of our SAP solutions
  • Design of innovative and future-oriented services for our specialist departments
  • Definition, development and implementation of processes, tools and solutions to ensure high quality applications, data and workflows
  • Controlling the demand management process for the responsible business solutions
  • Responsibility for SLA quality and ensuring this through appropriate processes
  • Managing partners for delivery provision, collaboration with stakeholders, delivery units and our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in economics / information technology or a comparable qualification in information technology with several years of professional experience as a manager or IT project manager
  • Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of employees and in SAP project management including budget responsibility
  • Very good SAP knowledge acquired through practical experience and understanding of the processes in a manufacturing company
  • Good communication skills, a confident manner and a high level of assertiveness
  • Independent and solution-oriented thinking and action
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
