• Supporting and accompanying a child with special educational needs during free play and assisting in interactive play processes with other children
• Assisting in social interaction processes among the children
• Supporting the implementation of inclusive practices at the facility
• Collaborating with parents
• Prior experience in caring for a child with special educational needs (desirable)
• Motivation and joy in supporting children in their development
• Willingness to engage with inclusive pedagogical topics
• A temporary part-time position
