You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your mission:

"Ensure transparent Business and Performance Management" within the Cabin & Cargo Engineering Domain Architecture & Technology.

With your work you will contribute to the successful management of numerous challenges within our domain. With your daily work, you contribute to increasing the efficiency of our company and support our competitiveness.

You have experiences in the context of business and performance management or financial controlling?

You are eager to further grow and evolve as well as bringing in your dedicated knowledge and ideas?

You have the following prerequisites and interests?

  • A penchant for strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Planning based on numbers and preparing decision papers
  • Project management and the creation of business cases, risk assessments and capacity considerations
  • Interest in digitalization and efficiency

Your areas of Responsibilities:

  • Secure cost adherence on domain level
  • Secure availability of KPIs & perform deep dives as needed
  • Support workload planning, assess headcount and secure budgeting
  • Manage subcontracting, subcontracting strategy and its operational execution
  • Identify internal drivers and collaborate with Performance Mmgt and Financial Controlling
  • Collect and followup on risk & opps
  • Support relevant governance and reviews (PRM, MBR, financial steering,...)
  • Identify, propose and support process improvements for the relevant perimeter
  • Support Digitalisation strategy for relevant domain data (e.g. digital Dashboard, Workload / Workforce)

You will have the opportunity to present to the Cabin & Cargo Architecture & Technology leadership team and will also support the direction of the department

Skills and Competences:

  • You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurial economics or equivalent
  • You have a background in Controlling, Corporate Finance or Cost controlling
  • You know SAP, SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), QlikSense and are interested in Data Sciences and visualizing data
  • Your way of working is structured, analytical, diligent and proactive
  • You have good communication skills and know how to communicate towards different stakeholders and across all levels of hierarchy
  • You speak English fluently
  • A high level of selfconfidence, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, perseverance and assertiveness is required to master this role.
