Product Development Engineer / (Produkt-)Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d).
Du wirst die Gestaltung, Entwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Produktpalette verantworten. Um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt den Standards des Unternehmens und den Erwartungen des Marktes entspricht, arbeitest du eng mit mehreren Abteilungen zusammen, wie bspw. mit dem Produktmanagement, der Fertigung, dem Einkauf und der Qualitätssicherung. Du beherrschst gängige Konstruktions- und Design-Software (CAD), hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Problemlösungskompetenzen.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung neuer Produktdesigns unter Berücksichtigung von Industrie- und Geschäftsstandards, Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, Produktionsmöglichkeiten und Nachhaltigkeitszielen
- Bewertung und Identifikation von neuen technischen Möglichkeiten und Markttrends wie neue Materialien, neue technische Komponenten, u.ä.
- Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Produkte, um verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu ermitteln und die aktuelle Dokumentation zu aktualisieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Produktmodularisierung und technischen Spezifikationen
- Durchführung von Tests an technischen Prototypen zur Bewertung der Produktleistung und -sicherheit
- Behandlung und Behebung von Produktproblemen und Fehlfunktionen
- Bemusterung verschiedener Materialien, Fertigungsverfahren, Konstruktionstoleranzen und anderer Faktoren, um die besten Lösungen für das neue Produkt zu finden
- Übermittlung von Produktspezifikationen und Verfahren an das Fertigungsteam zu Produktionszwecken
Profil
- Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktentwicklungsingenieur oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Branchenspezifische Produkterfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der mechanischen und strukturellen Konstruktion
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Kreatives Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Ambition und der Wille, sich selbst und das eigene Aufgabenfeld weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
