Your Mission:


Effectively support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the concession, being focused towards maximizing sales and supporting the team.

Support and maintain a balanced professional and approachable working environment, supporting and motivating the team providing essential communication processes. Responsible for achieving the highest standards with a strong customer centric mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

The Team:

  • Supervises and manages the service team by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others, advocates sound business decisions, demonstrates honesty and integrity
  • Identify individual and team training needs, and effectively coach, mentor and support the teams on all aspects of the experience delivery (products, service rituals, customer service, customer relationship development, ways of capturing new clients)
  • Ensure all company administrative systems, Health & Safety, Security, local and operational standards are followed and administered consistently to minimize risks, losses, and theft

Customers:

  • Leads with a positive mindset and creates an exciting atmosphere for customers and an environment of exceptional hospitality / food & beverage services
  • Supports the Store Manager with developing a strong customer network and ensure an accurate building of customer database
  • Oversees the clientelling activities in the bar / store and ensure ongoing client loyalty by developing clients' treatments and special moments based on the brand values and promise

Sales:

  • Become a Moët & Chandon Champion with a deep understanding of the brand and passion for delivering on brand values that is contagious
  • Maximise sales opportunities, ensuring the experience and offers are relevant to the customers and the environment.
  • Monitor Bar / Store KPIs, ensure that both quantitative and qualitative goals are achieved, and design and implement action plans to improve performance of the team and the concession

Operations:

  • Manages all daytoday operations and understands associate's positions to perform their duties
  • Support the Store Manager to build the teams knowledge and expertise on target customers and how to successfully execute both brand and operational standards.
  • Support the Store Manager with leading all aspects of staff planning. (Rotas, holidays, sick days )
  • Ensure stock organization, accuracy, and availability by liaising with supply chain/commercial planning.
  • Manages cash and payment systems in accordance with the host store procedures and policies at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as food handling and sanitation

PROFILE

Professional experience & know how:

  • Proven experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality (Bar/Lounge/Restaurant) or in a beverage nightlife service environment
  • Knows the highend food and beverage business and principles and applies this knowledge to successfully balance all aspects of the business to deliver the required business results
  • Loves to meet new people with a customer centric mindset and the ability to lead by example and inspire a team
  • Leadership skills and ability to establish trust relationships at all levels in the business
  • Demonstrates high operational standards
  • High level of presentation, communication with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Technical and logical approach to solve problems, proactive and highly organized
  • Able to meet the demands of a busy bar/concession with high energy levels and a determination to achieve a strong sales record.
  • Experienced in handling all methods payment procedures (cash/credit/debit)
  • Great communicator and proud team player while having fun doing their job

Languages

  • German and English written and spoken
  • Any other language is a plus
