What We Expect?

Bachelor's Degree or Technology Certification (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics) 2 – 3 plus years of related industry experience Proactive self-starter with ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Organizational and well-developed multi-tasking skills Team player who has an entrepreneurial work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-care focus Experience with US Customers is an asset Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and salesforce CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In close cooperation with the Custom er Experience Manager, the position will focus on optimizing and achieving sales activity targets and goals, this includes:

Work closely with multiple internal team members from Calgary as well as from the German Headquarter to develop new and existing business opportunities. Review customer RFQ requirements with the utmost attention to detail Preparing and completing high quality custom er proposals Completing and communicating with custom er on their sales orders Interact with the Technical Services Group to evaluate and support customer applications and problems
