We are now looking fora Field Marketing Activation Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin to join our dynamicteam here at Radisson Hotel Group
Key Responsibilities:
The Field Marketing Activation Manager (m/f/d) is partof a network of Marketing, Content, PR and Social Media activatorsacross Radisson Hotel Group responsible for elevating a cluster of hotelswithin Germany through innovative social-first content generation and strongpartnerships, engaging the local community, influencers and KOLs.
Be primary owner for in-field marketing activation across Germany: create and roll out a full marketing activation plan and strategy for Germany to include icon hotels, flagships, focus and need hotels Drive social-first content generation, partnerships and influencer relations to bring the cluster of hotels to life and elevate our brand positioning Create innovative content for the cluster of hotels and ensure all content uploaded to the asset manager to be accessible for distribution Forge relationships with local influencers and content creators to drivevisibility for the hotels and co-create exceptional content Bring hotel stories to life for a cluster of hotels with a focus onflagship and icon hotel(s) as those which have the biggest impact for thecompany as well as focus and need hotels which have the biggest negative impactfor the company to provide marketing solutions and commercial marketingapproach to support Manage the hotel cluster social media accounts including community engagement and publishing Be the brand representative to ensure all hotels in the cluster are on brand and content produced is brand compliant including digital presenceRequirements:
