About the Role
- This position covers the region of northern Bavaria and is a remote role, meaning your primary workplace will be your home address (Home Office). Occasional presence at the Medtronic office may be required for meetings.

A Day in the Life

- Building and expanding electrophysiological therapies for the treatment of heart rhythm disorders
- Operating room support and application advice to new and existing customers before, during, and after procedures, as well as optimal support to physicians and clinic staff in the field of electrophysiology
- Conducting training sessions and active needs analysis leading to customer development and, potentially, increased revenue and market share
- Securing and expanding revenue potential in cooperation with team partners
- Actively participating in regular territory reviews within the account team with the Sales Manager
- Promoting our entire product portfolio in electrophysiology
- Networking in healthcare to establish Medtronic therapies in electrophysiology and beyond
- Organizing and conducting training events
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing a customer-specific sales strategy in line with market dynamics in coordination with the Sales team
- Implementing marketing strategies and campaigns using the account planning tool to plan long-term and short-term account strategies, tactics, and actions
- Documenting all clinic, market, and competitor information, as well as trends and developments, comprehensively, completely, and promptly to management
- Collaborating across all Medtronic business areas
- Actively participating in regional referral events and conferences

What We Value
- Degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related scientific field (B.A./B.Sc, M.A./M.Sc, Diploma) alternatively, a successfully completed technical training in the medical field or equivalent solid cardiological experience
- Good understanding of the hospital environment
- Proficiency in standard PC tools
- Sociable and flexible
- Unrestricted teamwork and willingness to travel required
- Independent, responsible thinking and acting, as well as a sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm and persuasiveness
- Friendly and open demeanor, with a high level of service orientation and commitment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Class B driver's license
