In the course of digitalization, changing markets, increasing crises and uncertainties, reliable and aggregated data in real time is decisive for the success of a company.

Therefore, G+D has established a global Business Intelligence Center (BIC) to proactively manage the ever-increasing demands on data analysis and reporting.


For our Business Intelligence Center (BIC) department, we are looking for an SAP BW Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on HR Reporting to start as soon as possible.

SAP BI Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

in full-time at our location in Munich

Competent contact person for BI & Analytics topics, especially for Human Ressources (SAP HCM and SucessFactors) and hybrid modelling approaches

  • Subproject management/project management
  • Coordination and implementation of reporting requirements in the SAP BW backend (SAP BW 7.Creation of queries and dashboards (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI)
  • Collaboration on international rollouts and system changes (upgrades, patches, HANA migration)
  • Ensuring the ongoing operation in the area of SAP Business Intelligence


Professional experience in HR Reporting with SAP BI/BW, including understanding HR relevant key figures, calculating and translating them into high level reports with various requirement ranges and advising internal stakeholders on the functional optimization of the same.


  • Very good experience in the conception and further development of innovative SAP BI solutions
  • Several years of proven project experience in the area of SAP BW/4HANA and hybrid data modelling
  • Knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS Views, SQL Script advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud desirable
  • Deep technical understanding and knowledge in ABAP and AMDP development
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
