**DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Verantwortlich für die Kommunikationsstrategie sowie sämtliche Inbound und Outbound-Marketing Aktivitäten wie z.B. Messen, Webinare, Website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google AdWords (SEA), Werbung, Social Media, Pressearbeit, Printmedien und vieles Weiteres
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business-Intelligence-Team sowie mit den Produktmanagern und dem Bereich R&D bei der Entwicklung technischer Marketinginhalte
- Ausgestalten eines effektiven Marketing Trichters mit effektiven Lead Conversion
- und Nurturing-Prozessen zur Vorqualifizierung von Leads für den Vertrieb
- Verantwortung und Gestaltung der internen Unternehmenskommunikation und Standortkommunikation in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Branding, Corporate Design und des Images der VAC weltweit
- Erstellung von Marketingplänen, Mediaplanung, Kampagnen
- und Veranstaltungskalendern
- Budget
- und Personalverantwortung für die Gruppe Marketing und Kommunikation
- Überwachen, Messen und kontinuierliches Verbessern der Effektivität aller Marketing-/Kommunikationsaktivitäten
**DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT**:
- Abschluss einer mindestens 4-jährigen Hochschulausbildung im Fachbereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Public Relations oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und langjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung
- langjährige praktische Erfahrung in den o. g. Bereichen
- Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und pragmatische Herangehensweise bei der Lösung neuartiger und komplexer Aufgabenstellungen
- Erfahrungen in Personal-, Budget und Projektverantwortung
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Ausführung von Unternehmensmarketing und Brand Management
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolge in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Inhalte und Prozesse
- Hohes Maß an Kontaktfreude und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
