Depuis plusieurs années, nous construisons un réseau sécurisé de cliniques et de médecins partenaires à travers l'Europe. L'épanouissement de nos patients, dans un parcours qui se veut compliqué, nous est essentiel. Notre service offre aujourd'hui un rare mélange de sens, d'humain et d'innovation, c'est pour cette raison que nous recherchons à agrandir nos équipes avec des personnalités compétentes, motivées et empathiques.

Vos missions
- Consultations pré-médicales : Lors d'échanges téléphoniques ou vidéo avec nos patients, vous serez chargé(e) de leur poser les bonnes questions afin de définir leur profil et leur anamnèse médicale afin de pouvoir traiter leur dossier de la meilleure

façon possible.
- Relation de confiance : En tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié(e), vous aurez la responsabilité de créer une relation de confiance avec nos patients. Le but étant de pouvoir les accompagner depuis leur premier contact avec notre service jusqu'à leur grossesse, voire leur accouchement.
- Relations partenariales : Vous aurez l'opportunité de collaborer étroitement avec notre réseau de cliniques et de médecins à travers l'Europe afin d'élargir nos collaborations et de créer de nouveaux partenaires médicaux.
- Développement : Au sein de notre équipe internationale, vous contribuerez à développer nos opérations sur le marché français en fixant des objectifs de croissance et à mettre en œuvre les outils pour les atteindre.

Vos compétences
- Faire preuve d'empathie et d'écoute est une seconde nature pour vous. Cela vous permet d'identifier rapidement les besoins des autres.
- Vous avez une aisance spontanée à l'oral et possédez de bonnes compétences en communication.
- Une expérience précédente dans le service client, le conseil ou la vente sera toujours appréciée.
- Vous savez échanger et parler aux gens en faisant preuve de compassion
- Vous êtes motivé(e), êtes de nature ouverte, et avez une personnalité audacieuse et dynamique.
- Vous possédez un bon sens de l'organisation, vous êtes concis(e) et efficace. En d'autres mots, vous savez travailler de façon autonome et pertinente.
- Le français est votre langue maternelle et vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais conversationnel. Chaque langue supplémentaire est un plus.
