We are looking for a dedicated Head of Technical Property Management (m/f/d) for our client, an international real estate group with a large residential property portfolio in the metropolitan region of Berlin.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the functionality of the Facility Management department
  • Optimizing existing processes and systems
  • Collaborating with regional managers
  • Ensuring smooth operations
  • Defining and ensuring FM goals
  • Ongoing technical management and development of the portfolio including maintenance
  • Compliance with local regulations and safety requirements
  • Leading various team leaders
  • Managing external service partners, coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Monitoring and managing services in the FM system
  • Monitoring building conditions, creating action and budget plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or degree with corresponding professional experience
  • Technical and real estate understanding
  • Ability to initiate and lead projects and implement them in the company's structure
  • Team and communication skills, as well as confidence and negotiation skills
  • Good German and English language skills
  • IT affinity and openness to new systems
