Working Student – Medical Archive Project (f/m/d)
About the role
This medical intern role provides hands-on support for a key project that is intended to ensure flawless medical operations by cleaning and restructuring paper based documentation (archive) in medical affairs
What You'll Do
Execute reassessment of existing medical affairs paper based archive along a structured process by hands-on support through examining, sorting, re-classifying, and archiving of existing files/documents in accordance with internal and external regulations (e.g. R&D QMS, GxP, GDPR) Training on process and in process quality control of archive reassessment. Other job duties may be assigned. May be modified at any time as business needs required. Who you are

Qualifications
Enrolled as student in medicine/pharmacy school or for a master's degree in natural sciences or health sciences. Entry level job, no experience within pharma industry required Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and especially MS Excel required. Affinity in dealing with databases and big volumes of data/documents. Highly organized, structured, and extremely diligent work approach.
