Your mission:
Thousands of professional drivers are using the Bliq app as their primary tool to make a living for themselves and their families.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the use of our platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our services and policies
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to other teams for further assistance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and policies to effectively assist customers
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to the app and customer service process
- Work closely with our development team to report and track bugs
Your profile:
You are right for this position if you have these qualifications:
- Able to emphasize with the day-to-day challenges our driver base is facing
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fastpaced environment like an earlystage startup
- Strong affinity towards troubleshooting complex IT systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably another language
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Experience with customer service software like FreshWorks or Zendesk is a plus.
- Prior work experience in the ondemand gig economy, such as ridehailing or food delivery, is a plus
