Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Administration: Manage the administration and archiving of contract types ensuring compliance
  • Contract Execution: Provide support in contract execution and maintain professional correspondence with counterparties
  • Working Group Coordination: Support the Contract Management Working Group organization to enhance synergy
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to improving departmental processes
  • Compliance Checks: Conduct thorough compliance checks of counterparties
  • Internal Controls: Execute and document internal controls to maintain operational standards
  • Database Maintenance: Manage the contract database efficiently
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive contract coverage
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
  • Work Experience: Several years of contract management experience in the energy trading sector
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in standard IT business applications
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform accurately under high-volume demands
  • Initiative: Willingness to take on responsibility and show leadership potential
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German
