Responsabilités:
- Créer une expérience client et s'assurer de son amélioration en transmettant le message de la marque en ligne et en faisant part des dernières tendances en matière de produits
- Diriger et encourager des vendeurs dans une zone spécifique, en donnant à l'équipe un but commun, priorisant les problématiques centrales et l'encourageant par le biais de la puissance de la marque
- Identifier les problèmes et opportunités en fonction des retours sur les ventes et les commentaires des clients
- Chercher à se former continuellement et suivre des enseignements afin de renforcer ses compétences
- Expérience démontrable en matière de gestion de vente au détail, y compris une expérience dans l'encadrement, le conseil et l'évolution professionnelle du personnel
- Compétences en matière de ventes et de service client
- Vif intérêt pour le sport et/ou la mode sportive
- Compétences informatiques/numériques y compris de diverses plateformes de médias sociaux, des systèmes du secteur de la vente au détail et de Microsoft Office ainsi qu'une capacité à utiliser les médias sociaux dans un contexte professionnel
- Compétences relationnelles, en gestion et en communication démontrées par une capacité à interagir avec une communauté diversifiée
- Possibilité de travailler les week-ends, soirées et vacances si nécessaire
