We connect people with goods and are responsible for ensuring optimal flow of goods. For this, we develop topics, processes, and systems. We provide expertise, driving the development and optimization of the Supply Chain.

• You act as the interface to relevant departments focusing on planning, procurement, and distribution to ensure the availability of goods.
• You are a competent point of contact and manage communication with interfaces at Headquarters and Regional Centers.
• In addition, you advise adjacent departments with your expertise.
• You optimize existing and new business processes, develop ideas, business cases, and investment decisions for new projects.
• You lead the design of requirements in close coordination with our internal departments.
• You maintain a close exchange with REWE Digital and steer the implementation of requirements.
• You monitor the project plan and budget, documenting everything in the project.

• Your personality first and foremost: You are organized, with a strong customer orientation as your strength. You think process-oriented, have high analytical skills with a good understanding of numbers, and enjoy conceptualizing new structures and processes.
• You have a commercial education, e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Industrial Management Assistant, or successfully completed studies.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in project management as well as in an agile environment and requirements management.
• Another strength of yours is recognizing potentials and finding solutions.
• Your above-average commitment to work independently as well as in a team completes your profile.
