We are currently looking for experienced, client centric, results driven and self-motivated sales experts to work with our Business Development team in Berlin as a:

Associate Business Development Manager (full-time)


If you are interested in working with us you should have acquired a university degree in business (or similar), prior professional experience in sales and/or strategic account relationship management, be willing to travel, be versatile and innovative in your approach and be fluent in English (preferably at a native speaker level).


Key Leadership Expectations for Success in this Role:

  • Ownership and accountability to deliver against annual sales (strategic focus between existing and new clients) tied to the identified region(s).
  • Gathering data for our research studies, helping analyze data and preparing presentations.
  • Applied prioritization and organizational capabilities along with strong sense of urgency.
  • Customer focused with developing sales acumen to be able to foster business relationships targeting key personnel in consulting and/or professional services firms
  • Experienced communication with presenting our products and services to partners and customers.
  • Coordinating multiple projects in parallel as well as interfacing with clients, partners, and internal departments.
  • Collaborative and team spirit as you'll be part of our "Business Development Team" supporting your team colleagues, as well as the greater organization providing data and feedback reports for various clients.

What You Offer to Vencon:

  • A university degree in business, economics, communications (or similar).
  • Previous past success within sales and/or client relationship management tied to identified key performance metrics over time.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Nominal economic knowledge and sound analytical capabilities.
  • Selfmotivated, ability to work independently in a highpressure environment, manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • A command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in a second language is valuable (preferably at a native speaker level).
  • Novice skills in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
