Ihre Aufgaben
- Ihnen obliegen die kaufmännische Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung (mit dem Schwerpunkt internationaler Großprojekte) einschließlich der Prüfung von Ausschreibungs-, Anfrage- und Auftragsbedingungen sowie der Ausarbeitung kommerzieller Kommentare.
- Zudem arbeiten Sie Liefer- und Konsortialverträge aus und verhandeln diese.
- Sie koordinieren Rechts-, Steuer-, Transport-, Finanzierungs- und Versicherungsfragen.
- Das projektbezogene Risk Management, die Rechnungsstellung und Zahlungsabwicklung sowie das Claim- und Forderungsmanagement gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld.
- Sie agieren als kommerzieller Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) unserer externen Kunden und der internen Gesamtprojektleitung.
Ihr Profil
- Ihr Studium der Rechtswissenschaft, der Volks- oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Kenntnisse im Contract- und Commercial Management idealerweise im Umfeld von EPC/EPCM-Projekten sowie Erfahrung in den gängigen Normen und Regularien (FIDIC, NEC etc.) können Sie vorweisen.
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der kommerziellen Angebotsbearbeitung oder Auftragsabwicklung sowie Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten im Anlagenbau bringen Sie bereits mit.
- Sie verfügen über Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Steuern und Versicherungen.
- Vorteilhaft sind SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen SD und CO.
- Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind willkommen (z. B. Französisch, Spanisch).
- Sie sind generell bereit zu internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 10%).
- Eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise sowie Ihre gute persönliche Arbeitsorganisation zeichnen Sie genauso aus wie Ihre Eigeninitiative und Ihre Koordinationsfähigkeit.
