Das bewegst du bei uns

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Leitung und die Weiterentwicklung eines funktionsübergreifend agierenden Inhouse Consultings, das sich auf Prozess Excellence spezialisiert hat Sie führen ein interdisziplinäres Team von 14 Mitarbeitern, darunter 6 direkte Berichtslinien, die an zwei Standorten (Krefeld / Budapest) tätig sind Ihre Verantwortung umfasst das Vorantreiben von Prozess-Governance, Harmonisierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung Sie sind maßgeblich an der Implementierung und Förderung eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses beteiligt Zudem gehören die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Lösungen wie Robotik und Process Mining zu Ihren Aufgaben, wobei Sie eng mit der Governance und der IT zusammenarbeiten Sie setzen das Projektportfolio unseres Global Business Services (GBS) sowie selektiver funktionsübergreifender Prozesse gemäß der zentralen Vorgaben erfolgreich um

Das bringst du mit

Du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss deines Studiums im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als interner oder externer Berater: in im Bereich Prozessmanagement und -optimierung mit (Erfahrungen im Retail- oder Shared-Service-Umfeld sind von Vorteil) Deine Methodenkompetenz im Prozess- und Projektmanagement ist herausragend, und du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Initiierung und Unterstützung von Veränderungsprozessen, idealerweise im Lean-Umfeld Du kannst auf fundierte Führungserfahrung zurückgreifen Deine umfangreiche Erfahrung im Change- und Stakeholdermanagement erstreckt sich über alle Führungsebenen eines internationalen Konzerns
