Staff Specialist Marketing Communications Content

Then take a look at this opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Content Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Content Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end content production process, with a primary focus on production scheduling and production partner management.
In your new job you will be responsible for:
Content production management:Scheduling and distributing content production requests coming out of our digital marketing campaign teams to production partners; this includes content assets such as training and videos, webinars, technical articles and whitepapers, blogs and podcasts
Service catalog orchestration:Maintaining our content production service catalog and corresponding tool for production mgmt. & requesting (JIRA)

Production partner management:Regular exchange with our international content production partners incl. capacity agreements and quality assurance; cultivating strong relationships with our partners to ensure seamless collaboration

Engineer and optimize existing content creation and production processes to further increase efficiency and effectiveness in our content production, especially with partners (e.g. transparent scheduling, supporting content derivatization and re-use projects)
You have proven experience as a Content Production Manager (or a similar role) in a fast-paced environment. You act solution-oriented, and you know how to establish lasting relationships and networks with colleagues and partners.
You enjoy being part of international cross-disciplinary teams of content providers, content creators and content disseminators to drive digital customer engagement for Infineon.
You are pragmatic, reliable, have a passion for details and are able to work under pressure within a diverse multi-national team.
You follow a structured working style, and you enjoy handling multiple tasks at the same time while committing to meet ambitious project deadlines.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Communications , Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience and
expert knowledge in Marketing (Communications), Content Marketing or Editorial department

Background or interest in engineering and technology of advantage

Excellent project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Excellent communication skills , with the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and our international team of content production partners

Experience in project management for larger content projects (i.e. product catalogues)

The ability to master state-of-the-art tools for content production management (i.e. Jira), including feedback collection

Sound understanding of digital content marketing , e.g. experience with different content types (text, multimedia) with focus on digital channels

Experience with AI tools to drive content re-purposing would be of advantage

Excellent English skills ; German skills is a plus
