About the Role:

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to plan, multi-task, and follow through on assigned tasks. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team at AVASO, supporting field support and proposal recruitment in Germany and EMEA. We are looking for a dedicated professional to take a lead role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for technical positions in Germany and EMEA, building a pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  • Pre-screen candidates according to hiring requests.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough pre-assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.

Professional Skills:

  • Proven work experience in recruitment in Germany, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Must be a local and native speaker.
