What we need from you...

  • Studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar qualifications
  • Strong in communication, teamwork, results-oriented, and taking responsibility
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Several years of experience as a project manager in national and international projects (Greenfield and Migration)
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Governance and Authorization concepts
  • Good understanding of the business processes of a complex SAP landscape
  • Excellent analytical skills to grasp complex issues and communicate them clearly in writing
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving authorization errors
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional assignments abroad
  • A strong interest in continuous learning and developing knowledge in SAP Authorization
  • Hybrid way of working, flexibility in terms of presence (combination of home office and office days)
  • Knowledge of Xiting XAMS solution would be advantageous but not mandatory

What your typical day will be like...

  • As the Head of Innovation Center "Compliance & Authorizations," you are responsible for projects, budgets, and personnel in the well-coordinated team of authorization experts (internal and external employees)
  • You are a subproject manager in all projects related to Compliance & Authorizations
  • You act as a technical and organizational link between the different projects
  • Based on the Xiting XAMS software, you further develop the existing project role and business role solution and implement it in the projects
  • You independently plan and create SAP authorization concepts and drive their implementation forward
  • You use your expertise to advise the business consultants on all matters concerning SAP authorizations
  • You are responsible for the comprehensive administration of user data and accounts in all projects as well as holistic support of authorization for KPS's internal systems
  • You support the team as a Senior Consultant in problem evaluation and resolution within authorizations and access rules
  • You plan the maintenance of existing role concepts: role changes, role extensions, as well as periodic maintenance activities and implement them
  • You conduct presentations and workshops for customers and prospects
  • You support in sales cases for Compliance & Authorizations
  • Continuous training in the latest topics related to SAP authorizations
  • You are the contact person for the partnership with Xiting
