Your RoleIf you enjoy numbers, analysis, and processes - so do we In our Finance department, we manage the financial aspects of NEW YORKER, laying the foundation for continuous growth. Join us and contribute your expertise to one of the most exciting industries in the world, being responsible for:
- Being a business partner for operational departments with a focus on headquarters functions and service companies
- Contributing to expanding the group-wide reporting system
- Analyzing profitability and risk situations, developing action plans with stakeholders, and supporting their implementation
- Coordinating departments in budget planning and ensuring high result quality
- Developing key performance indicators for performance measurement and regular monitoring in collaboration with operational units
- Developing and monitoring measures to meet cost targets of functions
- Proactively supporting departments in optimizing processes and cost structures
- Completed degree in business studies, preferably focusing on controlling
- Experience in controlling, ideally in managing operational units
- Good knowledge of reporting, analysis, and interpreting income statements
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications as well as presentation techniques
- Basic experience with ERP and BI systems is advantageous
- Strong communication and implementation skills
- Team player enthusiastic about interdisciplinary collaboration
